The Sundays River Valley is citrus paradise with its cool temperate climate. The valley produces 20% of South Africa 's exports of citrus and supplies citrus to more than 50 countries. The Citrus farm consists of an area of 1200 hectares

The citrus farm consists of 5 different varieties namely Cambrias 19%, Novas 7%, Nardorcott Seedless 8%, Midknights 13% and Lemons 53%. The farm's natural resources allow for the establishment of another 350 hectares of citrus by 2023.
